Thank You for considering CGC Enterprises to do the work in your home.
We thought we would take this opportunity to tell you a bit about what
you can expect from us. Project such as this, is like having a "surgery"
done on your home, having concerns about what is going to happen, is quite
normal, because it is not something you do regularly. Most of all, we
assure you that you can feel comfortable with us.
First and foremost, every house we work on, we treat as our own home.
That means that we :
1. Set up the drop cloths from the entry door of your home all the way
to the actual spot we will be working on. That way we want to protect
all your flooring, stairs, and all other walkways we have to use to get
from our trucks to the room we are working on.
2. We promise not to arrive at your home before 8 am. We wont shout at
each other, and we wont play loud music on the trucks radio's. Sometimes,
the nature of construction project is forcing us to make some noise, from
our compressors, nail guns, saws etc. We do promise that we will keep
that noise as low as humanly possible. Also, if you have a young child
that needs to take a nap during the day, please let us know so we can
readjust our activities during that time.
3. CGC Enterprises practices a non tobacco and alcohol policy. That means
that none of our workers will be smoking, chewing tobacco or drinking
alcoholic beverages while in or around your premises.
4. At the end of each day, we will clean up the entire jobsite, thoroughly
and to your satisfaction. All the construction garbage and debris will
be disposed into the dumpster, or we will take the garbage bags and take
it with us.
All in all, we are going to treat you and your home with the respect
you expect and deserve. After all you are OUR client! Thank You again
