Kitchen Remodeling
Kitchen is frequently the most occupied room in every home. Having that
thought in mind, we always strive to help our clients to design a perfect
kitchen for their specific lifestyle. Usually, the best thing to do is
to incorporate the style, color and design of new kitchen cabinets with
existing furniture in other rooms. When creating a layout and design,
we help our clients to see a "big picture", not just how the
final product will look like, but to focus on efficiency as well.
Every time you prepare a meal on your cook top, steam which has been released creates a thin greasy layer on all surfaces near by. Depending on cabinetry finishes, it can be very frustrating to clean up that grease if your cabinets have been finished with "matte" finish. We always recommend at least a satin, soft-gloss, or a semi-gloss varnish finishes.
Another very important aspect is a "cook-friendly" approach.
Questions like these, will help you get some ideas of what to look for:
*How much counter top space I actually need to chop, cut, slice and dice
the food?
*Will I have to walk far from my sink to the stove with a pot full of
water?
*Do I like pots hanging on the wall, above the cook top, or inside the
cabinets?
*Am I more efficient with a range, or with a separated cook top and oven?
*Is my fridge close/far away enough?
Generally speaking, everything you can come up within design phase, any
detail, any sketches you may have on pizza boxes, or on a cocktail napkins
will greatly help you later on when the project is completed. CGC Enterprises
